Also I left this flat colored since I like my refs being flat so it easier for me to grab the colors I also left it sketchy cause I really like the rough look :)

Physical Appearance: The Pelager appears fully naked where she lacks  both fur and sufficient clothing to cover up her modesty. This reveals  that she has some pudge to her body and occasional wrinkles to allow  herself easier maneuverability. When looking at her color palette  compared to her Jasper form, The Pelager comes off as more pale as she  puts on chalk to allow herself to perform gymnastics and to hide her  "true" identity.

Outfits: Trademark green hooded cape that just around the neck,  Zoro-like mask over the head extending to just short of her nose, and  Shibari rope (which can be used to restrain threats or herself for  capture; additionally, serves as a means to hold gadgets; any use of  rope to restrain enemies reduces her "clothing" making restraining high  density threats impossible)

Occupation: Artist

Areas of Operation: Flexible and travels around based on the rarity of the fur in pursuit

Weapons/items: Shibari Rope (Triples as tie-up rope, gadget holster, and "clothing"; possibly 2 restrain uses)

Personal Transport: She scales the rooftops but for fur transport she  compels her accomplice (minion name pending) to take the most public of  routes down the streets to meet her for pick-up.

Powers/abilities: She does not have any super powers but she relies  heavily on acrobatics and stealth in her heists. While she does have  restraining rope, combat is not her forte and will choose to sneak  attack critical threats in the area to lose consciousness. Her gadgets  allows to simplify her heists but are all experimental and typically  result in some form of nudifier for the user or the target.

Strengths: Cautious, being naked makes you self conscious on who you want to see you naked.

Weaknesses: Clumsy-ish..., while she can navigate herself around rather  well, she can be a bit of a bull in a china shop which could reveal  herself unintentionally. Uncoordinated, while she sets up heists with  her minion she relies on his location for the drop off where he wears a  plug on his backside that intensifies the closer he is to her. This can  become quite the tease for him if both are pursued and are unable to  make the exchange.

Bio: The Pelager is a play on words derived from "pelage" meaning fur,  wool, hair, etc and "pillager" someone who takes things, which, sums her  up pretty well. She will perform heists on different kind of furs for  her collection. Typically, her targets are villains herself but she has  been known to indulge on ordinary citizens and if a chance comes some  super furs. While she is mostly pacifist in her pursuit she doesn't mind  accelerating neutralizing hostiles to give her an edge. She is  opportunistic and will collect furs through various means and leaves  victims with a trademark feeling of nakedness as they will realized  they've been robbed by their furless state. Despite how revealing she  appears her furless appearance cannot pinpoint Jasper to any crimes as  her fur pattern is common and could be any streaking cat. While she  appears accomplished, The Pelager can get herself into some hairy  situations leading to her own capture where she is defeated by modesty.

Personality: Jasper is a character who enjoys art and aesthetics but  keeps a keen eye out for some fur to steal. While her targets are furs,  she does not involve herself in thefts involving money or property. In  heists that involve villains, she will perform a side quest and foil  their evil plans while attempting to continue with her fur pursuits. Her  minion is her significant other who is coerced into being her fur  transport due to the build up of lust she sets himself for. She will  build him up only to lock him up and blue ball him where his only hope  for release is to go along with her scheme. While manipulative as this  seems she knows he likes it due to the anonymity and the stimulation he  gets from participating.
