Big Patreon Update

HEY EVERYONE,, an announcement for future months.

So recently, I’ve been extremely burnt out from Patreon, and considered closing it altogether, but I realized I don’t want to go that drastic. My current setup is a lot of work, making sure I have at least 3 (usually more) fanarts to share every month that will look good as wallpapers, going in and preparing all the files, and running a poll every month. Drawings I make for patreon are often less creative than I would like because I want it to get done fast in time for the end of the month, and to be simple enough to make into wallpapers, etc.

It’s left me with less time to work on other things that are important to me, like my concept art portfolio and other outside endeavors. I want to shift this Patreon to be a bit more casual and to feel less like an obligation.

The main changes I’ll be making

• There will be no “quota” for how many fanarts I do in a month. I’ll still be posting art a lot, but it will vary from fanart, to environment paintings, to concept art. To allow myself a bit more creative freedom
• I’ll still be doing a poll each month, that will be the one constant that you can expect for certain each month, and the $10 tier will still be able to post poll suggestions.
• I’ll still be giving digital files / full res pics, but they won’t be in packs. I’ll be putting the download links for the files on individual Patreon posts, as an attachment. This takes pressure off of me to have to set up packs every month, and in return, you can go back and download old files without worrying about what month it was from, they’ll always be there and you won’t miss any.
• Will still be posting timelapses!
• Will still be posting wallpapers, but the frequency may be less, it depends on if the artworks I made in that month are fit for wallpapers or not. The backlog will always be there though.

This will all take into effect starting November! I’m hoping this change will alleviate some stress and let me be a bit more creative with the art I make, without having to worry about hitting a quota every month. If this change makes you want to unsub, I totally understand. Please feel free to if this change doesn’t sound appealing to you, I completely get it.
