Let’s go with Yozuru Kagenui from the Monogatari Series pregnant with a twin sized bump. Here she’s balancing on the finger of Ononoki (the girl in orange). While she may be pregnant, her balance is impeccable. Saying something like, “What? Did you think my pregnancy would have an effect on my balancing?” While having a little smug face. As for the drawing, have her balance on Ononoki’s finger like in the drive, but could you have her little hat stick from the bottom of the drawing.
