I think the point of the "inclusive, re-canonicalized" Kier photos was to point out that only the few Black employees in power positions received these (Milchick & Natalie) - not that Cobel would have gotten them too - I think Milchick's unhappiness about it is a nod to the disillusionment he may be starting to feel with the company (hopefully) juxtaposed with Natalie's reverent, grateful reaction because she is in deep and can't/refuses to see past the corporate performative allyship.

2025-02-02 22:52:26 +0000 UTCI believe it’s been confirmed by writers that Charlotte Cobel is/was Harmony’s mother. I still hold to the theory that she had to pull the plug on her and either willingly gave her body to Lumon in hopes of bringing her back, or her mother was already severed and she hopes they can put her consciousness into another person (hell maybe she’s currently a goat). There’s also the possibility that, just like Mark, she didn’t know that Lumon took her mom and she wasn’t really dead. Whatever it is, she wants to be on the severed floor for that reason (and she wants to observe Mark/Gemma for this very reason, she wants them to remember each other in hopes of the same for herself), she hasn’t accepted that other job and was going to leave town but then she reminds herself that leaving the area at the very least, would leave no chance at all for this to be fulfilled. The Eagans owe her something, or they’re just scared of her turning on them and going public with how much she knows, but at the end I think Cobel knew “reset” was about to mean something very different than face value so she ran away. I’m also wondering if Helena’s “driver” is the guy we saw looming in the hallway behind Mark in episode 1 and his role could be the most sinister of all, and Cobel was definitely scared of him. I pray this marks Harmony beginning to work against Lumon, finally.

From Helly/ Helena, Cobel and Devon to Gwendoline Christie being her iconic self, Felicia having a sweet and VERY helpful conversation with Iriving, Dylan's wife's actress really selling how weird all that was to Reghabi at the end.
