2024-12-21 15:02:15 +0000 UTCThis came out in theaters when I was 15. My first "sort of boyfriend" took me and then he bit my neck in his father's attic... lol. I was particularly fond of the scene with Lucy and Dracula in the Labrynth. Now I am more touched by the larger story of everlasting love and soulmates, it's a pretty romantic story.

Did you spot Monica Bellucci as one of Draculas brides?? also Sadie Frost who plays Lucy is the ex wife of Jude Law and is in the Pulp music video for Common People. Such an underrated actress. I love love the practical sets and effects on this film and also a lot of inspiration taken from Jean Cocteau’s version of Beauty and the Beast from 1946 ✨
