2026-01-30 05:22:41 +0000 UTCMy little thought: this episode quietly confirms how dangerous Ah-Jin already is—not because she’s cruel, but because she’s empty. There’s this cold clarity in the way she reads people and situations, like she’s already accepted that connection is transactional. No hesitation, no guilt—just efficiency. What hit hardest for me in ep 7 You can see her testing power, almost experimenting with how far she can push without consequences. The emotional distance is louder than any dramatic scene. She’s not exploding—she’s withdrawing, and that’s scarier. It feels like the moment where the story whispers, This is not a phase. This is who she’s becoming. It’s subtle, but ep 7 shifts Ah-Jin from “deeply hurt girl” to someone actively choosing survival over humanity, and that choice is chilling. ep 7 doesn’t shock—it settles. And once it settles, you realize there’s no easy way back for her.

2026-01-29 09:30:35 +0000 UTCBro we will not be able to understand this trio cuz we're normal Jae-oh is the worst useless for himself he can't even confess to Ah-jin to be honest i don't know why In Gang felt this easily maybe cuz of the warm up he has been running for like 30 minute he might thought he deserve a kiss cuz ain't no way

2026-01-29 09:14:00 +0000 UTCIt’s like Jae-oh didn’t have anything in his life after he got separated from his brother, so Ah-jin gave him motivation and made him feel like he was useful. And of course, it’s clear that he likes her, so yeah, it makes sense why he’s ready to do whatever she asks him to do.

2026-01-29 05:30:57 +0000 UTCAs Lenny said, Why is Jae-oh doing this for Ah-jin? Here's what I think. Jae-oh grew up in a bad environment like Ah-jin. His mom wasn't around, and his dad was drinking and using violence every day since both Jae-oh and his younger brother were young. Also he had no friends at that time. But Ah-jin gave him realistic advice (ex. protecting yourself isn't a bad thing)in that difficult situation, so he got mental support from her. Actually, as you know Ah-jin said that to use Jae-o, but the irony is that he was very comforted by this. I can see that Ah-jin was a big presence to him. So I think he's sacrificing to help her so far rather than just a crush.

2026-01-29 00:37:13 +0000 UTCWhen they were promoting the series all the actors in behind the scenes were like “please don’t hate Ahjin too much” so they had the intention to show her as a villain. But regardless of that a portion of people do root for her happiness despite all the evil things she has done because they feel sorry for her. Not necessarily that they support her actions. It’s like “wow you did all this to be happy? Then be happy at least. At peace” like her character did not grow up with love around her.

2026-01-28 22:32:03 +0000 UTCi think it’s mainly because she involves innocent people and uses them for her own benefit, but gender also plays a big role here 🤷🏻♀️ personally, i think we should consider the fact that she’s not a mentally healthy person, so maybe we shouldn’t judge her on the same level and up until now, she only dealt with people when they tried to get in her way so i lowkey supported her but I honestly don’t know what to feel about the grandma incident…

2026-01-28 22:13:59 +0000 UTCi just feel really bad for gang, he suffered so much, then got used by ahjin, and now he lost his grandma too... and soon he's going to realise that everything was a lie...it's just living hell atp

2026-01-28 21:59:36 +0000 UTCAlso I want to know the psychology behind a lot of people (including me) supporting characters like Vincenzo when he is a mafia who has cruelly murdered a lot of ppl while Baek Ahjin is hard to support to when in reality she hasn’t directly murdered anyone as of today’s episode. Is it because the show is in a darker tone or is it because she involves innocent people in her web. Or is it a gender thing? I really want to see other perspectives

2026-01-28 21:58:22 +0000 UTCThis series will just keep on getting interesting. Can’t wait for the next episodes. Also I highly recommend watching their behind the scenes at least off camera even if it’s not a reaction video. It will be a nice refresher after seeing something so dark and haunting.

2026-01-28 21:50:29 +0000 UTCimo she rlly did way too many bad things, I tried my best to understand her but she already got lots of innocent ppl involved. I just hope she didn't kill grandma and it was an accident T.T also it's okay for ppl to have different perspectives on her actions, that's the moral of the show

2026-01-28 21:40:40 +0000 UTCI don't want to spoil but r u really saying that? I mean u know she really did fall in love with in gang right? Because his grandma died, she lost hope in love again and grandma death made her original ahjin again

2026-01-28 21:28:56 +0000 UTCI feel like most people that have watched this show always seems to make Ah-jin the biggest villain but also needs to see things from her perspective and also not always jump to the conclusion that she did all the bad things
