The Suburban Speedster: Momentum

This was actually a test that turned out better than I expected, so I figured I'd show her off to you all, see what you think. There's a bunch of minor changes I'll probably make, but this is the gist of how I wanted her to look.
I don't have much of a backstory or anything, but I wanted to make someone with super speed, but have it be someone who would absolutely run in impractical boots because she loves them :P
