'Nother update
Added 2016-10-05 11:53:13 +0000 UTCI got the bad news out of the way last week. I have some good news, meh news, and general patreon news/updates.
Meh news first, I have jury duty on the 17th. So uploads and animation updates may be slow that week depending how it goes. I'll keep you guys updated on that.
Good news, I'm feeling a bit better now. I'll be getting back on track this week. I have some late birthday animations to work on but for my commission tier pledges, please message me your requests.
Blog updates
-the $35 tier will be raised to $45 this month, I believe you guys were cool with that. If you changed your mind, it's all good. You're still getting the September animation. Remember to message me.
-I finally hit my $300 goal! Which means I get to start working on my own thangs along with commissions. What I'll be doing is organize and brainstorm some loose ideas I had. I'll pitch at least three to you guys, then you'll be able to tell me which ones to go with first and higher pledges decide what direction or scenes get priority. This month, I may not have everything together but expect something presentable next month.
-Pay upfront... maybe. I'm still not sure if I should charge pay upfront at this point. If I switch to that option, I'll have to do teasers that can be seen publicly. Some of you guys have a decent experience as backers so I want to hear your opinions on this. Should I charge upfront now or wait?

2016-10-06 21:41:59 +0000 UTCI say upfront. I'm not financially unstable nor does the "Pay upfront" policy ever affect my decisions (unless I'm paying for something I have never seen). I believe this option will help creators/artist out by avoiding hit and run snatchers of art and also help patrons out by seeing the money taken instantly rather than forgetting about it and going in the red later.

2016-10-06 04:20:02 +0000 UTCThat's weird, me and couple guys see it now. For me, one of the cons is someone is less likely to pledge because they probably want to see what content I have first before they commit. However, I don't know if that's really the case.

2016-10-05 13:13:43 +0000 UTCAwww, got my hopes up, but sadly it's still not up for me :( I want it as soon as it's available, can't think of a situation where there would be cons but maybe I just don't realise them... either way, guess it's a moot point for me at this time. But if you have the option congrats!

I wanted to get that but was told that the Beta group was closed and I'd have to wait until it was rolled out to everyone in a few months. But I just learned from another animator that they've been saying that for a couple years now, so I'm not sure when or if that will come to pass :(
