I have an update on the bag! Fritz said, "Heheh, surprise! 😁❤️You're right though, they were only a Halloween basket thing. The difference is... this one was a test subject! All the ones for the basket were made with a different metallic vinyl. I thought it'd be fun to make a random gift outta this extra one." Ugh, I love them so much.
