Jesus H Christ would you look at the size of this comic, why do I keep doing this to myself. Why must the urge to draw smut be so POWERFUL

This comic is a personal struggle of mine. It can be incredibly frustrating how particular my bits are in order for me to reach that big O, and it's all the trickier with a partner. Basically, if they just stay really still and I concentrate a bunch, I can usually get myself there. But, like, how is that different than if I was just playing with myself? Kind of takes the joy out of sex, and becomes a chore with minimal payoff and leaves me with a cramped arm. Sometimes I'll try to get it during sex, but most of the time I want my fucking to be a fun physical romp, so the big O just has to sit it out.

Words words words, it's 7am I am a fool

It definitely took a lot out of me, it's getting a bit easier doing these more personal comics but I still find myself going AAAAAA and cringing when I'm drawing the more emotional bits. Kind of feels like it's important to make comics like this, I feel like if people can see this kind of struggle and communication during sex that they can bring it into their own practice. I know I wish I had seen more art like this when I started exploring the kinky side of the art world. I'm glad you like the coloring and style so much, thank you!! I've been steadily trying a new method and I'm really liking how it's turning out. It's faster than my old style and I feel I can capture the small details in my sketches much better. You know, if I made my comic a reasonable 6 panels vs however-many-this-page-is panels, I could totally get them done before 2am!

I adore this one. The struggle feels so real, and so raw. I really appreciate you sharing it with us! And you did an absolutely magnificent job on the coloring, and with the subtle darker lines indicating strain and muscles and all of the little details. You knocked it out of the park, both in visuals and in emotional impact. Beautifully done. It's also a really good reminder that "this isn't working" doesn't have to mean "let's stop altogether" - it can mean "we need to switch gears for now" and that's perfectly fine.
