Can't say that it gets my bits going, probably because getting pregnant would be a horrific nightmare to me (no offense any parents I have mad respect for you peeps). I DO however like the idea of claiming someone and filling them, so as a power dynamic/absolute control thing it has appeal. The massive amount of goopy goop would probably ride the line of disgusting yet erotic in an intense way too, hmm...
