What to say about this process... Pretty much 90% is digitally drawn, but that first 10% is the funnest and most crucial part of the whole thing, the idea and the layout. Good ol paper, just can't be beat.
God, okay, do you like the dialogue?? I really had fun writing it, I love having Damien come up with snarky shit to say. I may have had to google how to spell some of the words, don't judge me. Alsooo, Mr. Varis, I said his last name! I'm not sure if I had before, seems like a good time to drop it, heh.
My lil colors on the bottom right, they're the shades that I use to grab from when I'm shading. They're basically a little palette, like acrylic paint blobs that I keep sampling from to keep things consistent. Generally I only use two different brushes, I'm all about keeping the tools simple and the art detailed.
I rolled for the next one, should be another fun one!
