Oooooh whats thiiiiis, it's MOOVINNNGG

I may have mentioned it before, I am an animator as well as an illustrator. Animation to me is the most incredible ability to add life to inert drawings, a time consuming process but one of the most satisfying and worth while efforts I have undertaken. You likely know already that animation requires dozens, dozens, HUNDREDS of drawings to get any kind of movement, so that's enough of a turn off for many people to undertake. However, there is some really really cool advancements made and programs that allow for a much speedier creation of animation, like the one I used for this fellah!

After Effects allows me to take the drawing elements and animate them in time, while also having a metric fuck ton of visual effects I can use that add realism to the final work. This here is just a little practice boi, I've still got a bunch of kinks (heh) to work out, but my god I think I can have a lot of fun with this!

I'd love to make more stuff like this, I can actually have Damien moving on top of me, just think of it!! For now I need to get my grant project underway but you can count on more of these happening in the future.
