Taylor Swift 1989 Eras Tour (Uncut)

JT's favorite era is now 1989. Cooley's is still Reputation. We will react to both albums eventually, but for today - please enjoy our first-time reaction to the 1989 Eras tour.

Patreon Benefit: Uncut and early access. 1989 probably won't make it to youtube for another few weeks or possibly a month, and when it does, it will be highly edited.

Taylor Swift 1989 Eras Tour (Uncut)

Yes! I was there during the SwiftQuake!

Melissakay503

I will never forget how hot the flames were! They were everywhere and felt like the burnt my skin in the best way 😂🔥

🫶🏻Gblair🫶🏻

LMFAO MY NAME IS JESSICA AND THAT WAS CREEPY AS HELL HAHAHAHA. LOVE YOU TOO!

Jessica Rose Causey

she performed Shake it off with a whole band trumpets and all for either grammy's or vma's. she gets to the top of whatever display they have and pretends she is going to jump off and then pauses the whole song and jokes about how she is going to run down and start again once she gets to her mark

Jessica Rose Causey

I was just thinking this! Errors your video would certainly be fun lol

Merriman Hemming

Agree the pyro was something else. We were near one of the flame cannons in Toronto, and I asked my husband if I still had eyebrows.

JettHayes

I don’t know if anyone else has said this but you should watch the performance of Bad Blood/Should’ve Said No from the reputation tour. It’s so good! It’s one of my favorite performances of hers.

Tamra Krahn

Me too, that was so great! I’m going to see them this Friday! I’m so excited.

siena qk

The Bad Blood instrumentation is the Kendrick Lamar remix. You should definitely listen to it. I think it sounds a lot better than the original.

Johnson

Love you pulling in the drumeo. I love dreamtheatre and Taylor so when it dropped I was thrilled. The second he threw that double bass in I was dying laughing.

Cheddar

If no one else mentioned this, the seismic counters near an Eras Tour performance REGISTERS Shake It Off! Love your reactions <3

Darsy Smith

I cant wait for the Midnights Era👀👀

Damien Bänsch

Omg, having my full name called out like that was for sure a jump scare, lol. Well done fellas

lucawindmover

Umbrella, Ella, Ella, Eh eh eh

Brianna Jaris

Spaghetti!!!

Brianna Jaris

Your comment about issues with the stage - there have definitely been some over the course of the tour! After you finish the eras you should watch some clips of some of the mistakes, people call it the 'errors tour' haha. There's a particularly good one where there was an issue with part of the staging of TTPD, and it showed how well Taylor can react to something going wrong!

Stephanie Price

She performed some of these songs acoustic at the Grammy museum (Wildest Dreams, Out of the Woods, Blank Space) by herself with just her and instruments and it’s probably my favorite versions! You’ll love it! She also did an interview about the production of 1989 and how some of these sounds were made and how random and mad-scientist like some of the production came together. So so great!

Cameron Scott Stimson

Yeah. We need to see your reaction to the Midnights Era. 😂. Taylor and her dancers kinda go OFF 🥵🥵

K-shar2025

Definitely think you should wait and do Reputation when Reputation (Taylor's Version) comes out. I think a compare and contrast of Debut when Taylor's Version comes out would also be interesting.

Jolyn Villa

The crowd in Seattle caused seismic activity during shake it off. It dethroned the BeastQuake which locally was insane.

Krissay

LOVE I also can never tell if 1989 is my fav because it bangs or because I love harry styles but either way 1989 is that bitch

Teaghan Doyle

hope you will watch rep and 1989 tour films after the albums. You’ll definitely love the different rendition of songs

Arvin Stephen Lalim

nina.s

LOVED this and CANT WAIT for rep album review

Nathan Leed

I got floor 5th row dead center seats solely just for the view of her during a few lines of: shake it off,, love story, my tears ricochet, and the acoustic set. Totally worth it to see her that close with my own eyes.

Krista Grigsby

The hottest flames there ever was😂

Hailey

A lot of the songs are during that time period and the vault tracks for sure are about him but 1989 is supposed to he about her and her time in NYC. Harry is intertwined In there though.

Jessica Martin

I will tell my friends you meant me but since there’s a Jessica in every friend group I know you’re not. Love y’all’s content! Can’t wait for the next drop

Jessica Martin

Yes a ton of people thought she said “Starbucks lovers” lol there were memes about it!

Ashley Kinney

I wish I didn't have so much concert amnesia. My brain was so blown and overwhelmed during the concert that it's so hard to remember everything in vivid detail. I do, however, viscerally remember the Pyro on Bad Blood.

Amanda M.

Y’all do know the tour is over, right? 😅

Maggie

Most of it is about Harry

Maggie

I watched it this morning! So fun!

Maggie

If you guys listen to Reputation soon, would you be willing to do some of it again when Taylor’s Version comes out? There will be new tracks and updated production. We THINK it will come out in 2025, but won’t know for sure until she announces it.

TiffK83

Now I expect y’all to remember the names you gave to her dancers for all the Eras you have left to do 😂

Amanda Arford

I saw somebody comment on a video before that Taylor can construct a bridge better than some civil engineers 😂

Amanda Arford

The flames in Bad Blood were SO hot on the stadium. You could feel it even in the nosebleeds

julie rickert

I just watched the Mike Portnoy video yesterday 😂

Amanda Arford

I’ve been waiting for y’all to get to Blank Space to see the bikes because I remembered y’all talking about it in the “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” video

Amanda Arford

You would probably love the music videos from this era, especially Blank Space and Shake It Off. Shake it Off isn’t my top fav song but the music video is so much fun and really shows Taylor’s amazing goofy personality!

Robyn

it's insane she did 6 nights in a row at SoFi. and then also did 96,000 people 3 nights in a row in Melbourne. she only had 1 city with only 1 date. all the rest of the tour dates were a minimum of 2 nights at the least If you're gonna listen to reputation (hope you will. it's in my top 3), then the reputation tour is a must!! the live performances on this tour are so beyond better than the album's version. and too, there's also a series Taylor released of herself filming in the studio while creating each song. I think you'll dig it!! I can send you guys the tour and the making of a song series again. just in case. here are the links: Reputation stadium tour: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q_wEbNd-s9waRN_nDN_xEnLqBBrz8qcC/view?usp=sharing Making Of A Song series: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G0kjtUE2d3haX1siQduSs0SYz-NxsRPo/view?usp=sharing

Tal

Well, there is a marching band in the Tortured Poets Department set, hopefully you’ll get to see it 🤞 please please do react to it, it’s amazing! Taylor calls it “Female rage:the musical”

Eirini

TTPD era is next. You can probably find the whole set on YouTube. It wasn't in the movie. Also, will you be doing more Kellyoke's and the live video I sent you?

Richard

so funny that you said you always play “Shake It Off” at weddings. when Taylor first talked about this song she said she wanted it to be that song that if you had a friend who didn’t dance all night at a wedding this would be the song they would have to go to the dance floor for.

Mariah

Is it true that this album was about Harry styles? I saw that on X somewhere🤷🏼‍♀️

nina.s

The Marching band was in Me! From Lover. She might have had a marching band in Red too.... the video for Shake it Off is hilarious!! You guys would love it.

Susanne Stien Masters

This part of the show was absolute fire and proof why 1989 is called the Pop Bible for a reason. The 1989 World Tour was my first TS concert and will forever be an album that’s stuck in my heart and head (even it’s 3 in my album ranking). Really loved this episode of your Eras Tour experience and looking forward to the next. By the time you guys are going to react to The Tortured Poets Department hit me up and I will guide you through the lore.

Dennis Meyer

If you watch the music video for Blank Space the golf clubs will make sense.

Susanne Stien Masters

Perfect timing and length to watch on my lunch break! Cheers, guys! Also, in case you haven't seen it, the bikes, golf clubs, and car during Blank Space are references to the music video...which you should definitely check out it you haven't seen it. The "Look What You Made Me Do" video is super cool too since y'all love Reputation.

Megan the Librarian

Yes! I can still feel the heat on my face every time the flames 🔥 burst!

Michelle Your Belle! ♥

For the bridge of Bad Blood, the crowd says Kendrick’s part from the remixed Taylor’s Version! She sings “You live with ghosts” and then the crowd says “You forgive, You forget, but you never let it..go!”

Grace Nelli

Any other eras tour attendees get a visceral sense memory when the pyro hits during Bad Blood? 🔥🥵

Emma Davidson

Hope in the future y’all check out her rock version of Never Getting Back Together from her 1989 tour. It’s 🔥

Michele
