Other project status and technical rambling:

I'm making so much progress with Wan 2.1 it is hard to know where to begin. There are so many great LoRAs I've been trying and so many old images and failed video gens I've finally had success with creating my vision for them. I feel like we are finally getting somewhere here!

Cosmic V and I have been comparing notes working out a new optimized Wan 2.1 workflow with built in interpolation and upscaling based on the excellent work by UmeAiRT.

The new workflow cooks on my piddly 4060 8GB GPU, generating a high quality 5 second video in 25-36 minutes. This is about the speed I was getting using the BF16 720P model on an A40 with 48 GB of VRAM in the cloud. And I am liking the results I get here better in general. My main complaint is that while the motion is better, the upscaling gives the scene an airbrushed surreal look. So, there is a trade-off. I will continue to experiment.

For now, I've gotten some excellent titfuck videos put together (some using a LoRA, others without). Hope you guys enjoy!

The editing of the Big Ball Lap Dance video continues apace. I'm excited about this one, think it'll be nice, but I'd expect the editing to take a good while. I don't have a good estimate yet since this is my first time going this in-depth into the video editing process, but it definitely won't be ready this week or the next. In the background, I'll continue generating videos and experimenting with Wan 2.1, so you can expect more clips to be shared as I go! This also means that Mom Balls Titfuck is back as a viable video project. Up to this point every attempt at a decent video has largely been a disaster for this project apart from some lucky rolls with LightTricks. But, with Wan 2.1, now I can finally make satisfying self-titfuck vids!
