I should have thought harder about the rules when I started this, but I really am just making it up as I go. I've decided to add in hit-points, so that everyone can see what the stakes are. Mark has 5 because he's a Dwarf. The Dark-Elf has 4, because she's a boss. The other heroes have 3. If a character loses all of their hit-points, they'll become unconscious, but there are contrivances that could revive them, like Cadence using magic, or whatever. Rocky Returns

Rocky's (very distant not blood-related) cousin wants to show him her toy collection. The 2000s-2010s were actually really cool. There was an explosion of new IPs that were all really interesting and surprisingly edgy. 

I don't have a name for his cousins yet. 

Dark Elf Dilemma

I really enjoy drawing Dark Elves. Blueish skin is a lot easier to render than natural skin-tones. I don't know why. Maybe because we're all kinda keyed in to what natural skin should look like, so any mistake stands out, but we're less critical about unnatural colors. I also like all of the tropes they're usually associated with. Cruelty. Lethality. Deception. They're a good antithesis to Dwarves.

The choices are gonna get a bit more complicated from here, I think. This one has three groups of two choices. Either Rastaba, Kee-Va, or both of them need to finish off the Goblins with their next move, because if that fails one of them will get away and bring reinforcements, but they also need to take out the boss because I'm gonna make losing rolls against her a big deal. There's no guarantee that this raid will be successful. It might end with all four of them being taken captive and used...

I actually don't know what I would have done if Mark had succeeded in his rolls. I'm pretty sure I would have had the party ambush the Dark Elf. I'll post the poll for this vote seperately for $5+ people. Obviously, there are some home-brew rules going on, since I'm having Cadence accomplish her spell before choosing a target. Normally, I think you always pick a target before rolling, but meh. 

Rough RWBY

I love girl-fights. I did not keep up with RWBY, I watched the first two seasons, so I'm not sure how accurate these power-levels are, or whatever.  

RWBY WIP

I only watched the first couple seasons of this show, so I have no idea what's going in. I know that Cinder killed Pyrrha, and I thought that Neapolitan hated Cinder, but it looks like they're working together again. I dunno. There were a bunch of memes on Twitter about Ruby being homophobic towards her sister, and even without context, they were pretty fucking funny.

The winners of the poll were Cadence, Kee-Va, and Rastaba. A good mix, actually. The next vote is going to be simpler. Just two options: frontal assault or stealthy infiltration. Either way, I'm going to start rolling dice to see what happens. It'll be up to the dice, because even if Mark has a massive +5 modifier, he could still roll a 1.

Playing Baldur's Gate has reinvigorated my love of dorky fantasy shit. I love elves, dwarves, warlocks, and all that shit. It's inspired me to try out another Chose-Your-Own-Adventure. Mara's Booty

Random Mara drawing that I felt inspired to make while playing Conan Exiles. There's an event in which you can drag a large piece of treasure back to horde. I think it would bore most people, but I enjoy it, because I've built lots of stuff all over the map, and moving treasure back and forth lets me see a lot of it.

40k on Twitter

I'm working on a silly little thing to celebrate getting above 40k followers on Twitter. My favorite Primarch from Warhammer 40k, Jaghatai Khan. I'm creating a sort of pseudo-thankga with him as the central figure, reminiscent of Gesar of Ling. He'll be ringed by other figures, like Malcador and the Emperor himself. I figure if I can get one figure done every day, it'll only take me about a week.

This started as a personal sketch of Link, but it ended up being more about Riju. I really love the vibes of this game. I love dress-up, so the collecting the armor sets is my favorite thing to do. I also like that the avatars follow Link around as companions. That makes it feel like a whole party, and I just prefer it when my character has some sort of sidekick.

Foreshadowing

There was a LOT going on in this movie. Some pretty overt subtext. Some very loud whispering. Some very unsubtle hints. Great movie. Best picture of the year, not that I'm terribly interested in seeing Oppenheimer.
