In other news, I am officially fully back from vacation and recovering from having too much fun (and jet lag). Today, I've kicked it into high gear and I've made progress with a couple of new experimental Wan 2.1 workflows. I'm testing out a high resolution frame interpolation model. And, I've made tweaks to my 720 workflow and made some progress on the muscle mom video. Lastly, I've generated my first videos with Wan 2.1 using LORAs, with some mixed results. Wan is great, but it is far more random than many of the other models I've worked with. In other minor news I've written two new scripts (w/ Grok's help) to better organize my files by automatically naming files based on their parent folder and date/time created. And a script that converts all videos in a folder to small gifs I can then attach to the post (since Patreon doesn't allow attaching videos as videos, only as attachments). I'll share these scripts for Teachers Balls members along with my other scripts once I've tweaked them a bit.
