I will never understand how, with a body like this, she wanted to change it, making her bottom, breast and lips bigger.
In the end, I don't think she made any modification, and I'm happy about that, because she was perfect, as far as I could see.

I agree with you. Unfortunately some women don't understand that their particular natural look suits them best. Modifications can sometimes even ruin their looks.
