On Sunday, the weather is going to be bad, and it is pity because I will be in Milano to shoot a new model, a very athletic one!
Rain means clouds, and clouds mean no sun, and no light on my beautiful new model.
I'm going to take the GFX medium format camera anyway, but I'm not sure I can afford to use it at all.
The M10 Monochrom is great in low light, so I should be able to use it, for some BW in natural (available) light.
But the main camera I will have to use is going to be the old Nikon D810 with the help of the Profoto A1 flash to make the most of the 36MP sensor.
I don't like to use the Nikon, because I can't manually focus in a critical way like my other cameras, I don't feel involved in the process, but I'm sure I will get some great photos, because this camera is one of the best DSLR ever made, the pinnacle of that generation of cameras.
The important thing is to get the best possible result from this excellent model, because I don't know if and when I will ever see her again.
Fortunately with Bianca the light was reasonably good, at least in the bedroom, so we can appreciate her blue eyes in the best possible way.
Tomorrow I will show you an example of the photos I will be shooting with the new model, made with the Nikon D810, the flash, in a hotel room, of Paulinepastel.
