I don't want to rush things, I am so happy with the photos of Maria that I have to avoid working on them in an approximative way, or with the wrong light in the room.
Posting one of those masterpieces too dark just because I didn't take my time in checking in several time, would be a deadly sin.
So I was not searching for the best photos to post first, but the less successful, but even those are beautiful in their own way.
Let's take this one, for example: the backlight + the very high ISO settings on the GFX, are upsetting the face of Maria, somehow making her appear like a ghost.
But this is just making the photo more interesting, so I must have failed in my search for a bad photo among the ones of the first shooting, possibly because there is not a single bad photo there... time will tell.

In tis photo, you can also see traces of one of the biggest problems of the Ex Manicomio di Monbello, which are stupid people starting fires, usually where migrants are sleeping.
We found entire rooms burned down, with traces of people living in them.
And I've found one room I used during the last visit with Elfa sealed by the people using it as a dormitory.
This room was the nearest to one the buildings still in use, probably to add a higher grade of protection.
If these racist pyromaniacs don't get arrested soon, I might be left without my historical location, and someone might get severely hurt...
There is no limit to human stupidity.
