After having used the Leica M240 for many years now, I'm slightly afraid of it.
Having used mostly mirrorless cameras lately, I learned to rely on electronic viewfinders to assess the compositions with great precision.
The Leica M, especially when I get closer to the model, is not exactly reliable, and I tend to cut out important part of the bodies.

On the other hand, I was using the Leica M with Sugar in this occasion, and I got some outstanding images, so I might be exaggerating the problem.
Just look at how Sugar is separated from the background, and how still legible is every detail of the ceiling, like the row of lamps.

In August I have 4 shootings in 4 consecutive days; 3 with Maria Sudus (ex Asylum, nudist beach, mountain quarry), and one with Barbora (ex Asylum again).
During these shootings I will be using more than one camera, but I'm still not sure which exactly...
Although I'm pretty sure the Leica M240 will NOT be among the selected ones, because I feel insecure and out of practice with it.
Pity because outdoor and in plain daylight the old school optical viewfinders of a DSLR or a rangefinder are much better to work with.

For the moment I got some enlarged rubber eyecups to shield the light coming from the side, and get a better view of the electronic viewfinders on the Lumix S1 and the Fujifilm GFX.
Now I need to check if it is going to make them suitable cameras to use in full sunshine.
