Strangely enough, I booked a 70€ upgraded room in the Dayuse hotel (from 10:00 to 18:00), but they gave me the basic 60€ room instead, because I had express the preference for having a balcony.
Last time, Hilary refused to go on the balcony, she told me she only shoots indoor, but this time I managed to have fun shooting on the balcony with Elfa, and being on the last floor of a tall building, there was nobody looking at us.
I really love this picture of Elfa I took with the Leica SL2-S, with natural light alone, and all the sequence on the balcony.
The shady side of a building can really give a great light to outline a pretty body, and Elsa's body is one of the finest I've worked with.
This is a photo I'm proud about because, even if simple, is perfectly balanced and memorable!
We tried also the Nikon D810 with fill in flash on the balcony, experimenting, with no guarantee any of the pictures is going to turn out good, but working with the Leica I was confident and sure about what I was doing, so I can claim the merit for today's photo.
I also like this photo because I finally show you the beauty of this model in its totality, unashamed and casual, in pure BramleyApple style.
I will post another photo of Elfa today on my regular social media feed, if you want to have a look.
