Al and Nagi "True Form" Concepts
Added 2023-06-30 10:45:26 +0000 UTCJust some sketches of Alphonse and Yonagi's "True Forms". Arc had suggested a potential bigger form for Nagi before, since a lot of the Guardians can change size and shape. We figure that maybe, like Siri, he was once a forest guardian of sorts before leaving his duty to venture into the wide world as a merchant. (That's just my quick, tentative head-canon). That being said, working on his big ol' potbelly was fun. A perfect belly for him to drum with, as tanuki are wont to do.
As for Alphonse, I had always planned on drawing his "Were" form for a while but just never got around to it for one reason or another. I'm still fiddling with it, but seeing him with the kanabo feels...so right. :3c That being said, I gotta figure out how to handle his dreadlocks better. They're hard. XD
