Chapter Debrief | Session 𝓢eventy-Eight
Added 2025-06-30 21:22:01 +0000 UTCHi Lusties, I hope everyone's week is off to an amazing start. Let's debrief chapter seventy-eight.
We finished off on the last note of chapter seventy-seven, which was when they fell back asleep.
Liberty not wanting Monroe to leave was so cute—also, the topic of staying home was brought up again.
How do we feel about the summer break they agreed on? Liberty would essentially start job-hunting in the fall and take this break during the summer.
Shopping seems to have gone well—Libby spent well over five thousand, and she even got Ro Ro something. The dressing room altercation was odd, especially since the employee clearly didn't leave that dress for her.
Either way, Liberty was mainly focused on Monroe and what she would have planned for tonight.
Especially after Liberty challenged her first.
It was all she could think about, especially since Ro wasn't answering her. It's insanely hilarious that she was texting Zion, though.
Sarai also had some worries when it came to Libs and this summer break, meanwhile, Zion didn't think as deeply into it. Liberty has changed a lot since the beginning, and it's clear that she just realized that in this chapter.
Feel free to comment your thoughts on this below. Book club is officially in session, Lusties<33
Edit: I do want to add that this summer break is 100% manipulation on Monroe’s part. I agree that it’s wrong but realistically this isn’t something that’s fixed immediately. It’s sad that Monroe still does it to our Libby, but I did want to clarify a little more on it so no one is confused. This is purposeful and apart of the plot lovelies:)
