Patron issues inside the game?

I tested and played a lot these days and I didn’t find anything wrong.
I would deeply appreciate it if you commented what exactly the problem with that is, for example, if the patron exclusive girls are not appearing or whatever problems you’re encountering.

Is a problem when you go to the mall to see Karina again after you finish the whole story the boss and the twins are all there with her and she is also back to normal size and if you try to go through the dialogue it freezes
