Update the game first, then enter your January's Patron Cheat Code and you can start exchanging the XMas Canes you collected for awesome presents!
I gave a lot of thought on these presents, and I believe you'll be satisfied. Different Patron tiers get better versions of the presents, so if you plan on upgrading your status, do that first and then come back for the presents exchange.
