November update 5: MtE: Level 3 background upgrade

I also imported all the animations for riki as well, with a bit of luck my partners can construct a prototype with riki working.
I still have a decent amount of work to do to finish all the other enemies, but progress is steady. I think we can get a playable version done before christmas!
