First up, Better Hit Reactions adds a new layer of detail where enemies will drop their weapons if you hit them in just the right spot. Paired with Bass Dragon's Euphoria, which provides some of the most dynamic ragdoll physics imaginable, every firefight becomes a chaotic, unpredictable spectacle. To top it all off, we've installed Improvements in Gore to give us more realistic blood splatters and decals that take the action to the next level. The new Improvements in Gore has corrected a blood decal that Rockstar broke in June 2025. This has been fixed now!
