The inaccuracies come in the characters. Sean and tom are cousins not brothers. Lilandra was involved with the spirit drinker not deathstrike. Rogue, gambit and jubilee weren't even created yet so weren't on the team. They replaced colossus, nightcrawler and kitty. Sean was also a member of the team not just moira's boyfriend that no one knows
