What's up, homies! Today, we conclude our journey through the Blumhouse trilogy of Halloween films with the movie that claims to end the 44-year saga between Michael Myers and Laurie Strode. Will it deliver?
Queue up Peacock to find out.
Loved you three watching the franchise.

I liked this one more than Halloween Kills but that isn't saying much. I liked the first 3/4 of this movie the most and overall liked the concept but I didn't find it scary at all. It was more interesting in an academic sense. All three of these films lack the atmosphere of the original. I think Adam said it best when he mentioned how they are way over lit. I would love to have seen it done in a more spooky, atmospheric style with less attempts at humour.

In my eyes this was a great ending for Laurie and Michael. It ended their story perfectly. I am glad they didn't set it up for more of the shape in Haddonfield. I really want them to move on and spread out to more areas and introduce other different evils!

I loved the final confrontation between Laurie and Michael, but I preferred Halloween Kills to this one (and Kills has grown on me more each time Iβve seen it). I agree with Hectorβs ranking: the original, followed by these three movies in the order they were released.

"These motivations are very clear and well thought-out." Oh, just you WAIT...
And while the movie largely didn't work for me, I really enjoyed the rewatch with you guys and I'm all-in on a Halloween: Legacy Edition rewatch next year!

First: this is my favorite sequel ever now. Beat out H20. The story had me hooked, the characters, everything about this was amazing. Second: I'd love a limited series like The Stories of Haddonfield and show some of the characters that we only saw glimpses of in Kills and Ends. I agree that Myers needs to stay dead for a while. Third: YES I'd love to see you watch the other movies

I'm super glad they had fun watching Halloween Ends. I, however, did not enjoy it and thought the decisions made were questionable at best. But to each their own! I hope people like it.
