Love this podcast - it's a big reason that I joined the Patreon. The guys asked what features we like in other Patreons, so here are some ideas: - Downloadable ad-free podcast files. I don't subscribe to a podcast service, so it's nice to have an ad free option - Occasional exclusive bonus deep dives, maybe on something that wouldn't quite fit in a regular thing. For example, To Boldly Watch had an ongoing joke about how much Becca doesn't like TNG's Dr Pulaski, with Xander defending the character. During the podcast break, they did a bonus vid: The Trial of Dr Pulaski, to settle the issue. - Facilitated book club discussion for patrons. For the guys, a comic book or movie club might make more sense. My favorite version of this is when the event is scheduled for live group discussion, and a host keeps the conversation flowing. - I think you already do watchalongs with patrons at a certain tier? But maybe not because it might make content production complicated. - The guys are all visual artists. One of my Patreon memberships offers a portrait for their highest tier. But full disclosure, I can't actually afford this tier - Merch. I've seen lots of different ways - one time goodie bag, exclusive merch, annual convention swag brag, quarterly merch box. Some of it is from the creator and some is stuff from conventions.
