I love me some Paul Rudd and Scott’s sense of humor, and being a head in a jar during a zombie apocalypse probably heightens his humor with insanity… but it was still a bit much. :-) Hope was amazing. I can’t wait to see her show up fully formed in Quantumania.

2021-09-15 12:39:48 +0000 UTCI loved the Hope van Dyne storyline. That was really cool. I enjoyed this episode but could have done with a few less jokes. I have a feeling they were trying to counter the dark nature of zombies but it was a bit too much.

The most satisfying part of 1x05 for me was the return of Chadwick Boseman. He brought so much heart and soul to the MCU and continues to be a shining hero even in his absence, which is sorely felt every time we hear his voice. I hope we get a S2 from the series and he was able to record more as T'Challa somehow. Every week I learn something new about Marvel history and characters from you three. Thanks for the fun education, and carry on, Heroes!
