Hopefully you've been resting well.
But, if you weren't and perhaps needed some sleep aid then this is the audio for you!
It's got lots of comforter sounds and some deep breathing at the end.
I changed some things around and recorded it in a way that feels very close and intimate, so let me know what you think about it.
