I think it's a great mix! A little nori is lovely in ramen. I do that as well if I have any on hand. But yeah Shin Ramyun is god tier

Idk what part of Canada you're I'm in the PNW and it smells so fresh with all the constant rain and mist! Its my favorite. At least when we're not on fire lo🙏l.
