Say hello to "Stray" our very first adoptable OC — a street-smart Escape Artist with claws, charm, and a serious flair for dramatic entrances.

Born in Fortuna and raised on instinct, this Cosplay Karmastry specialist slipped away from a brutal past and carved out his future on the other side of the ocean in Paragon. Now he runs with a gang of feline-inspired rogues, using his karmastry to transform his body — claws, eyes, reflexes — anything to survive, steal, or show off.

His torus is hidden in his collar. His grin is constant. Pure swagger.

He’s cocky, clever, and totally committed to his found family. Whether he’s darting across rooftops or faking his way into fancy parties, he lives on instinct and improvisation. If you're the kind of person who loves a sharp-toothed troublemaker with a heart of gold (well, maybe bronze), this one’s for you.

Flux Destiny Adoptables – Auction Terms & Ownership Policy

🟦 Auction Rules

• All bids must be placed as comments on the original Patreon auction post. Bids outside of Patreon are not valid.

• Minimum bid increment is $5.

• Auction ends May 30th, at 5:00 PM CT.

• Payment is due by May 31st, 5:00 PM CT. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the adoptable and the offer being passed to the next highest bidder.

🟦 Refund & Eligibility

• Bids are binding. Please do not bid unless you intend to purchase.

• Refunds are not available after purchase.

🟦 Ownership & Usage Rights

When you adopt a character from Flux Destiny, you own that character. You’re free to:

• Use the character for personal projects like roleplay, TTRPGs, writing, or worldbuilding.

• Modify or rewrite the character’s name, backstory, design, or other elements to suit your vision.

• Share and post the character art online, provided the RC Helix is credited.

However:

• You may not use the character for commercial purposes (e.g., selling merch, comics, games, or NFTs). All Flux Destiny adoptables exist within the Flux Destiny universe and are non-commercial by default.

🟦 Studio Usage Rights

By purchasing a Flux Destiny adoptable, you grant Herohelix, LLC and RC Helix a universal, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and exploit the character and its design in any way, including:

• Appearances in the Flux Destiny manga, RPG materials, official art, promotions, background cameos, timelines, and other lore-based content

• Adaptation or reinterpretation of the character design to fit Flux Destiny canon or style guides

• Use in derivative media without the need for further approval, attribution, or compensation

You are recognized as the adoptive owner and original bidder, but all rights for studio use remain with Herohelix Studios and RC Helix in perpetuity.

This setup allows you to personalize and enjoy your OC while enabling us to integrate them into the evolving world of Flux Destiny.
