How do you feel about using AI-generated videos in visual novels?

Hey Sean, I totally get your point - and I actually feel the same in many ways For me, AI is more about speeding up the process, especially since I spend a huge amount of time creating animations. If I can use AI to make certain parts faster - that would be a big win But when it comes to the core renders, I agree - it's still better and simpler to do them by hand. Nothing beats the control and quality of manual work there Thanks for sharing your thoughts

2025-08-29 10:29:36 +0000 UTCMy initial response was, I'd be happier if AI was used to fill in something 'backgroundish', for example, if it was making a video a news channel was looping while they discussed a story, but not really wanting it in the main path of the story... I guess the way I saw it was, I'm happy to see a creator use AI in support of their work but not 'fill in' the main work, if that makes sense?
