🔥 Pre-final Release is Out 😈

Hey everyone! 👋

The update is done and available now! This is the pre-final piece of the story for My Cute Roommate 2. It’s not as big as I originally hoped, but it’s packed with intensity and meaning.

The new content focuses on webcam themes, with different girls and different moods — including a scene with Olya and Anya that takes a sharp turn. I’ve also reworked the old slider-based interactive mechanic — it now feels completely different and is used in the new scenes for a more engaging experience.

Along the way, I added sound effects where they were missing and went through the game again, fixing bugs and polishing details.

The story is now very close to the end. In the finale, I’m planning two different endings — depending on how the characters feel about the MC. Throughout the game, you may have noticed heart icons popping up during certain interactions — a hidden relationship tracker that, until now, didn’t really affect anything due to the sandbox structure. Now, I’ve decided to use it as the basis for the ending: the outcome will depend on how many hearts you’ve built up. Yeah, it’s a bit rough in implementation — but better than a single universal cutscene. Just a couple more scenes — and that’s it. The finale is near.

📅 The next release will be the last one. I want it to be the proper ending this project deserves.
