A new iOS build 9.4.13 was rolled out with a fix for this. Users can download this directly via the App Store." Pls update the app- all video episodes should work now! xoxo
Hi guys, we saw your comments and wanted to let you know we are actively working with Patreon to see what is causing our video episodes to not work on the app. For now, please log into Patreon using your mobile or desktop browser to watch our video episodes. The problem is only occurring in the app. We appreciate all of you being so patient while we work to fix this issue- your support means the world to us. We will update you as soon as we hear back from Patreon.
