Phases of Nova
Added 2022-06-27 16:50:06 +0000 UTCToday I was going through my old art on clip studio and I thought it was so cool to see how art and characters changes over time! I've never had an OC before Nova, she is my first OG bby. So it was really funny to see how her design has hanged sooo much since she first popped into my head as an inktober drawing back in 2018 (that is the first picture you see)! Back then when I pictured her, she was more of real monster girl. I wanted her to be creepy cute. I kept a lot more bat qualities for her like the nose, clawed feet and wings attached under the arm. I also toyed with the idea of her having black hair instead of pink. I still absolutely love this version of her but as I used her more, I enjoyed making her have more human qualities. My style has changed incredibly over these years as I've learned so much more about digital art and character design. Im so exited to see where she goes in the future AND my other OC's I've been developing <3 So I hope you guys enjoy the little slide through time!
* I just wanted to say that the last picture is the most recent style that I am playing with for my Vtuber! So if I can get the rigging all done (fingers crossed) you will actually see her come to life T^T! *
