Path of the Slasher Barbarian Subclass

I love Halloween with all my heart, so I want to put out a few halloween homebrews over the course of the month in celebration of the wonderful holiday. Here's a barbarian subclass I quickly whipped together, a homage to cheesy slasher movies from the 70s and 80s. The playstyle is all about hunting down your victims and murdering them with supernatural efficiency, channeling famous fictional slashers like Jason and Michael Myers. Be the psychotic serial killer you always wanted to be!
