Guide to the Verminkin
Added 2019-06-04 18:51:19 +0000 UTCI've just released the guide to the verminkin (my biggest homebrew project to date!) on my patron-only dropbox. The verminkin are a species of ratfolk inspired by the Skaven of the Warhammer universe, but with original lore designed by myself. They lurk beneath cities, plotting in the darkness, seeking to wipe out the races who banished them from the surface.
The full guide includes lore and a playable race for the verminkin (included here), as well as 5 NPC statblocks for verminkin guards (1/4 CR), verminkin mischieftains (1/2 CR), verminkin plague carriers (1/4 CR), verminkin plague bringers (2 CR) and the rat king (4 CR). The rat king is a complex enemy which makes for an especially exciting encounter, so I'd recommending checking out the full HD version of the guide on my dropbox.
