iOS Payments & Subscription Models

Hey all, ive been wanting to avoid this outcome (theoretically forever) if possible, however sadly Patreon are now FORCING me to move to their new subscription model because of the whole iOS app debacle..

in their words -

"starting in November, your fans in the iOS app won't be able to purchase subscriptions to your membership until you switch to subscription billing. And, as a result of Apple's mandates and in order to make sure that you can continue getting new members in the iOS app, we've started a 16-month-long migration process to bring all creators onto subscription billing by November 2025. This means that your current billing model will be discontinued in November 2025
To help you keep growing across all platforms, we're going to automatically switch you over to subscription billing in November 2024."

So ive got no choice but to switch it over now - the only thing that will change for you guys (if you're not using the iOS version of Patreon) is the date that patreon will take your payment each month
Instead of being on the 1st of each month it will now take the payment whenever you subscribed to me
