Too complicated?

When I started with the plugins, my idea was to make VAM easier to use!

With the latest updates, I must admit that I probably exposed a bit too many parameters in the UI and it might seems a bit too complicated for some! Especially if you haven't used it before.

I just want you to share your experience of it.

Too complicated? Too complicated? Too complicated? Too complicated? Too complicated? Too complicated? Too complicated?

I was actually a bit surprised that you could handle the latest UI. Even I can feel a bit lost lost in the menus but I will try my best to put the most useful items accessible and the rarely used settings deeper down in the treeview. I hope this will suit the individuals that want a simplified version for now.

I used it for the syringes in my latest video. Create a trigger, Receiver atom: Person, Receiver: plugin...Miscreated.Relax, Receiver Target : [Find your Template]

Are you planning to make some Params of the Plugin triggerable by normal VAM triggers? That would be awesome. Especially for the muscles and the expressions.

I tried to split them into two columns and it was a bit harder for me to navigate but I can try to make it configurable!

yeah, this is so funny. I created a video of that yesterday as well. https://youtu.be/QwLJpv2btsE

is there anyway of like moving the ui when you use the plugin on more than one girl so that the UIs dont overlap?

Mortimer Pinhasov

Woah thanks you really got on that fast.

Mortimer Pinhasov

Would it be possible to split the UI on the right side in two columns? In 1080p desktop mode I often have to close one of the upper menus to get access to the lower ones.

Point taken about the small text. I increased the UI 150% and it might be easier to read the text in the https://youtu.be/KeffZqDcuVA video.

I saw the tutorials...or parts of them..even at 1080p I can't read the directories...maybe a problem at my side but still text is rather smal. Thanks for info on ui manager I'll see if I can figure it out, I did find the menu pretty intuitive once I actually found the plugin location to get it working. Ive only used the chain and relax plugins btw but they work pretty good.

Great! Please let me know if you need assistance. You can also find more information in the discord channel.

I've just created two basic tutorials that's processing at youtube. You can always watch this https://youtu.be/LlihpUs7MKM . If you want to hide Pose Camera it's the H key. If you want to hide the Rope/Relax menu you can turn it off in UI Manager (Global UI)

I had more of an issue just finding the plugins since they didnt generate in the standard scripts location. I also wanna know if theres a way to hide the menu after setting everything up.

Mortimer Pinhasov

My own immediate goals: 1) Position the girl so that her arms are pulled up, but her legs are spread to the sides. 2) Actually record something or other with that pose camera thing....try to use pose camera WITHOUT all the other stuff.

Not ENTIRELY honest in my response, but I really only looked for a few minutes, I didn't really try it out long enough to actually understand it.

Thanks for feedback! As I want to put more even more features into the plugins I have to figure out how to make it manageable for everyone. Please join the discord and give me detailed feedback of how you want it.

VAM always has been pretty complicated, it has always taken a while for new users to understand it it. Your plugins make a lot more sense and are documented much better than what meshed does with a “trial by error” kind of thing. All that being said it shouldn’t take people more than 20-30 minutes to understand all of it, and another hour maybe to work it into a scene or make usable interactive things with it. I love the stuff, keep it up brother.
