Popular vs old/obscure
Added 2024-06-06 03:11:12 +0000 UTCAlright so I think we got a problem highlighted by the post on game characters : there is a clash between most recent/popular characters and older/more obscure ones.
Thing is, it wouldn't be fair to put both in the same poll, as the most popular ones tend to win, leaving no chance to the others.
Both have advantages and inconvenients though. The popular ones might please more people and drive more sales once on Cults, but they've been done many times by other artists already.
The less known characters are less interesting for the general public and generally sell less, but they're less common.
Got a solution for the game characters in July : I'll make one poll with some of the popular characters you suggest, and another with the less popular. That way they all get a chance.
But which category do you prefer in general ?

Too many of these sculpts coming out lately have been "modern pop culture" icons. Someone needs to get away from this. Excellent vote to put out there
