PC upgrade (Thanks for your support)

Recently my old computer decided to pass away, completely refusing to load even the BIOS let alone Windows.

I was split between trying to repair the old one, build one myself with little knowledge about it ,or purchasing a prebuild new one.

I was aware of the fact that the hardware was getting old. Last time I upgraded it was all the way back in 2016, thanks to my patrons at the time (Link)

It was running everything slower by the day, and I was getting crashes from time to time, and because of it, I was already considering getting a new one, but it still felt to me like a waste to not use the old equipment until it was completely unusable.

While making my research to try to understand the current specifications on the market (I knew almost nothing about PC components), I took the old PC to a repair shop, where I was told what I already feared: The components were already too old to be worked on.

Everything except for the power supply and the storage drives was outdated, so I was suggested to build a new one with brand new components.

This is where all my research became useful, because I was able to pick the pieces I wanted for it myself, and this is what I ordered from them:

I would have admit It wasn't easy, I had to become a computer savvy overnight to try to understand what half of that meant, but thankfully I was also able to rely on a friend online that explained to me the things that I just didn't understand during the research.

Currently I'm able to use the new PC for simple to medium task, but I'm still missing a GPU, and without it, I consume half my memory RAM just to keep software like Photoshop Open (and that's not good), so I'm considering importing an RTX 3060ti from the US soon which is valued between $500 to $550 extra to the grand total.

I'm currently contemplating Importing an RTX 3060ti from the US which is valued between $450 to $500 to complete the new build.

Thankfully I was able to swiftly purchase all the necessary components that I needed, because I've been saving all the patreon money for equipment upgrades and software, so all of this wouldn't be easily possible without your patronage, so once again I'll have to wholeheartedly thank you for continued support 💖
