This downtown area is the same place that appears in the お母さん series, and I draw the image of a space where anything goes, with an illegal organization dominated by black people taking control behind the scenes.

Personally I think with processing helps in getting a more dramatic feeling, by changing the colors of the lights it can be achieve interesting results. Gotta say I really love your tattoos, not to mention the glasses Yoriko-san is wearing, hiding her eyes in combination with her lewd expressions are a good way to tease, kinda similar to masks or veils.
