TOS and FAQ

~ Avatar TOS ~

- Do not redistribute the avatar's files. Besides, any ways of giving free access to the patreon content is prohibited.

- Do not resell any version of the avatar on any platform even if you have modified it yourself.

- By suscribing to my patreon you'll support me as an artist and my work, allowing me to update my avatars. If you stay suscribed for multiple months it doesn't give you the right to leak my avatars. You and only you are allowed to use the content you had access to. It also doesn't give you the right to ask me free stuff/work based on your subscription.

- Commission are allowed but both the customers and the artist must own the model.

- Public edited version of my avatars on Vrchat are allowed but do not remove the credit cube.  

- Do not upload a public version of an avatar still in early access.

- Streaming/Vtubing with my model is allowed. Though, please do not make profit of my design. Feel free to dm me if you have any doubts.

- Yes you can adapt my models to other vr plateforms.

- Do not claim that you made the model, please only take credits for your editing work.

- You may not sell 3D prints of my models.

- Do not trace any of my work especially if it's for a profit.

- You may not use my work for any racist, illegal, harassment or political purpose.

- My TOS can be modified over time.



~ infos and frequently asked questions ~

- Can I still use the avatar if i'm not subscribed anymore ? yes ! if you've downloaded the files from my patreon you are free to use it as long as you want, but you won't have access to future content/update unless you subscribe again.

- Do you plan to make a Gumroad store ? Yes but not in the near future, Patreon allows me to sell all my avatar for cheap and to keep updating them over time. but once I will have too many avatars available at fuzzy tier, I'll retire the one that won't be updated anymore to Gumroad.

- Where can I get this avatar ? On my server in the channel "avatars" all my model are listed there with their current statut such as their latest version and where to buy them.

- Is it quest compatible ? please check the same channel mentionned in the previous question.

- I got charged twice ! please read the description before buying, it's written on all of my tier that you'll get charged the day you become patreon and then every 1st of the month. I recommend you to subscribe at the beginning unless you're planning to download everything and unsuscribe for next month within those days. If you need any assistance regarding this matter feel free to dm me so we can see if you're elligible for an exeptionnal refund.

- I can't upload the model/it's not working as intended. Please dm me on Patreon or in Discord and I'll do my best to help you ! if i'm not available feel free to also ask on my server someone may knows how to fix your issue. Please keep in mind that i'm not responsible if you broke the model while editing it.

- Can I make a suggestion for future content ? Yes, I'm open to suggestions. Please use the correct chanel in the discord server. Please keep in mind that I choose to follow or not your advice/suggestion on my own free will. If your idea is too personal (aka only based on your specific design or preferences) I'll most likely not consider it.
