Herol custom gestures WIP

I've been working on custom gestures for this giant boi and I wanted to show you how it looks like !
I also added a blink and some ears animations.
If you also noticed, I remade the hand claws aswell, it requires though to work a bit on the textures, so keep this in mind when you'll grab the 0.6 version of the avatar. I really didn't like all the clipping on the previous version so I did my best to make it look clean :)
