Seven Deadly Sins: Envy (July postcard)
Added 2023-07-28 17:08:31 +0000 UTCEnvy, like greed and lust, is a sin of desire, but for the traits or possessions of others, one of the most potent causes of unhappiness of the Seven brothers. If you listen too much to the voice of Envy, it will make you believe that others are much more fortunate and better than you. You will probably end up finding joy in the misfortune of others, and sadness in their prosperity, but being unable to appreciate your own accomplishments and blessings.
That's why I used the iconography of Medusa for Envy, I imagine Envy having multiple whispering voices....
