Good morning everyone,
I hope everyone has had a great start to the second week of 2023!
Time is already flying, and this time next week, I will be flying too :).
For me, itβs been an excellent start to the year, and we have many exciting things happening. I have been catching up with family and friends the past couple of weeks before heading off again. Training has been going very well, and I feel we are back in the groove with double sessions and movement practice most days + walking.
Iβve been trying to embrace every aspect of being home (even the weather) and have felt physically, mentally, and emotionally in an excellent state. When everything is in alignment, I feel most inspired, and I believe this year will come into its own, creating beautiful artistic movements in spectacular locations.
I will arrive in Bali on the late 19th, and I have booked accommodation that should be good for filming with a great rooftop (hoping to do some sunrise yoga stretches and handstand practice). There is a routine idea that I have had for years, I would love to film at the beach, along with many other concepts. This year is going to be mega.
Since being home, I have focused on healing my gut health. Itβs a process, but I am feeling much better than I was. I firmly believe gut health affects every aspect of our life, and if it is out of kilter, it affects mood and digestion, bloating, etc.
Anyway, I am so excited to bring you guys on my travels! And I am very grateful for all your support and kind messages, and I can't wait for the 2023 adventures to begin!
